From the NYPD Detective Bureau website...
SPECIAL VICTIMS LIAISON UNIT - Specially trained female detectives
answer Sex Crimes Report Hotline, 24 hours, seven days a week.
Is this Sex Crime hotline number unlisted, pangborn?
Is it NOT known by hospital personnel?
Are professionals and mandated reporters NOT aware of it? |

Golly, DA detectives, SVU, Sex Crimes Unit, SVLU...
And is the NYPD in or out?
Don't the state police have a centralized investigative
and forensics unit that does this stuff as well?
You know, DNA testing, etc.?
So since it's completely legal for cops to LIE
to a suspect in an effort to get a confession,
I was just wondering if they LIE to suspects
about the DNA and exam results as well...
Wouldn't that taint the results of the forensics lab? |

Why post all of this stuff about who's
legally responsible for investigations?
You said CPS workers were there when
the DA detectives conducted interviews.
You made a point that they came away
with extremely different impressions
from the same interviews.
Do you really think that if a case
evolves into a criminal one, that CPS
suddenly throws up their hands and runs away?
Is there any rule that they can't work together,
or investigate simultaneously? |

Because ken pangborn claimed it was a CPS case workers responsibility
to investigate sex CRIMES.

The detectives documented that my daughter made no disclosures of
inappropriate behavior.
The CPS case worker claimed my daughter made a credible statement
indicating abuse.
But in her next sentence in the CR the case worker documented that she
couldn't understand what my daughter was trying to say..
A statement can't be credible (believable) and NOT understandable at
the same time.
Besides the Judge threw the case out of Court!

See the Grand Jury Report I posted.
Their roles are specified in the agreement made in 1984 between the
Sex Crimes Unit and CPS.
Issues relating to an arrest are handled by the Police Department.
And issues related to safety are handled by CPS. |
