It's not everyday you have an experience like this, so I thought I'd
write about it.
I ate weetabix and milk as a snack last night. I think this help : I
really do.
The stools that emerged from my anal sphincter were nice and solid.
The poo came out in one or two plops. |

... sorry I forgot to add: there was no odour. When I did it, it just
felt right. The world would be a better place if everyone had a good
shit to start their day.
Whenever I shit in the mornings (which is most of the time) I always
have to shower afterwards. I really don't like the idea of poo being
residual in my butt-crack. (OT: hey poo isn't in the firefox/apple
dictionary!!) |
