What conservatives don't get is...
The situation is no longer conservatives (with their demonstrably
failed philosophy) tapping phones etc so
as to keep liberals and 'communist' agitators out of power.
Our society is now liberal and the tapping is by and large used to
montitor anti liberal agendas (abroad
AND internally). So therfore conservatives should be against wire
tapping, for it is really only

Legal mumbo jumbo -- including constitutions-- from the stubbornly pig

George Bush just drowned the fourth amendment with the new
FISA act.
Yes, he can listen to YOUR calls without a warrant.
.Let him, I dont own the phone lines so i should expect no expectation

Why do you want the status quo of what america and the West (britain
et al) has become --what it really is (feminism, liberalism,
'homoism', atheism, abortion, affirmative action etc), not what it is
on paper from two centuries ago-- to have fascist like authority to
maintain itself forever?
Read that above again, cause it's very important. (I know you types
aren't very bright and very conformist.)
The west is not conservative shaved-necks trying to stop "communism"
anymore. The west is liberal (both 'parties') trying to maintain its
authority over looming rebellian.
This isn't that hard to understand.

Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers,
and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be
violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported
by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be
searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
What is it you liberal morons don't understand? That applies to
communications by any means. And btw, this law also violates the 1st
Amendment because when people know that their conversations are being
listened to it will have a chilling effect on free speech.
This law also violates the 9th Amendment
Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be
construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
People generally understand it. Many simply don't agree with it,
until it's their life that's on the line.

I don't think they understand it at all and if they don't agree with it they
are just dumb peasants. Democracy is a joke and just an illusion to make the
proles believe they have some say in how things are run. Half of them don't
vote anyway.
