Um, hate to break it to ya, Skippy, but there was quite a bit of
"feminism, liberalism, 'homoism', atheism, abortion, and affirmative
action" built into the origination of this country, and built into the
documents that founded it. in the intervening 225 years, the right wing
has attempted to quash each and every one of these ideals of equality
and freedom, just as you are trying to do so here. You (pl) are the
only source of evil that is worth fighting!

That would be YOU, Skippy, that wants the "fascist like authority to
maintain itself forever."

Read that above again, cause it's very important. (I know you types
aren't very bright and very conformist.)

well, it isn't 'us types' that don't even know our own history, so your
attribution of unbrightness and conformity is deliciously ironic...

THAT is an improvement; or, rather, it WOULD BE an improvement were you
Neanderthals not continuing the chase of the latest "bogeyman du jour"
to prop your pathetic empire up against those of us who actually know
and understand the ideals behind the founding of this country.
You silly sheep really do not understand what those in power are telling
you to do, do you?

Now you are just in Fantasyland. Go back to Disneyland, you'll be right

Either is this.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers,
and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be
violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported
by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be
searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
|
And it is the right wing more so than the left that wants to abrogate
this agreement, and always has.
| Quote: |
What is it you liberal morons don't understand?

Us "liberal morons" have been fighting for this Amendment, and the rest
of the Constitution for longer than you've been alive, Skippy. It is
the "lawn-order pseudoConservatives" who have always taken the most
liberties with the Constitution and its Amendments. Had you two neurons
to rub together, you'd know that.

That applies to
communications by any means.

Yes it does, as well as your vehicle and house, etc. Now, why are you
arguing against the very people who want to see this Amendment in force???
| Quote: |
And btw, this law also violates the 1st
Amendment because when people know that their conversations are being
listened to it will have a chilling effect on free speech.

Now, if you would only pick the correct side in this debate, we could
all get along. But denigrating the people who agree with your arguments
is, to put it politely, counterproductive.

Why don't you enumerate it here, Poindexter.

You know nothing. As a direct descendant (on my father's side) of a signer
of the Declaration of Independence I think I know a bit more than you.

I know exactly how we control you proles. But you must remember that there

libertarian view on how trhe country should be run.

That's not an agreement. It's the basic Law of the US.

Dolly Madison was a libertarian who could vote and abort and cavort,
though so far as I know she chose only one, voting. Some did them
all though.
Affirmative action however was an alien concept. It was and is,
unconstitutional and unnecessary.

At least you acknowledge with "more so". Yes, let's give the 'left'
a little credit.

Except for the 2nd, and the 9th and the 10th and the 16th and a few
others.
Pseudo-conservatives or pseudo-liberals - those wrapped in the flag
and intent upon wrecking the BOR.
Keep in mind that the Democrats used to be the 'conservatives'.
The Republicans were always liars and deceivers.
But understand, the principle danger then and now comes from outside
influences acting from the inside.
